High churn rates in contemporary office spaces can be a significant financial burden for building occupants. Raised access floors, however, provide the ability to make modular services such as power, voice and data completely flexible to meet the changing needs of the space.

This flexibility extends to the to the air distribution system. A raised access floor can be utilized as an underfloor plenum with air outlets directly integrated into easily relocated floor tiles. Underfloor Air Distribution (UFAD) is known for its flexibility and its ability to deliver personally controllable, clean, comfortable air to occupants.
