The Air Movement and Control Association International (AMCA) is an association of
the world’s manufacturers of related air system equipment including fans, louvers,
dampers, air curtains, acoustic attenuators, and other air system components. AMCA
develops and publishes industry standards, accredits laboratory facilities, and
operates a laboratory facility for testing of air equipment. AMCA also provides
a certified ratings program that certifies performance data for several types of
air equipment, and is subject to periodic check testing to ensure published data
is accurate and up-to-date. Through involvement with technical committees for both
air control devices and acoustic attenuation, Price remains at the leading edge of
