PERM Silencers
Price PERM packless silencers are designed to provide low pressure drops in low to medium velocity applications, but depending on the application may be used in high velocity applications. This medium velocity configuration provides high levels of insertion loss across the full range of frequencies, and the sloped tail arrangement allows for static regain for improved pressure drop. This configuration is best suited for applications with duct velocities of 2500 fpm or less. |

PRICE Packless Elbow Silencers are designed to provide solutions to HVAC noise control applications with short runs of ductwork where fibrous acoustic material is not permitted in the air stream. The smooth radius of the internal geometry allows low to medium velocity air to flow through with minimal system pressure drop. The Price line of available standard sizes offers excellent flexibility to ductwork designs, and because we do not limit our cataloged silencer offering to certain sizes, we have the ability to build each silencer to suit the ductwork and application. |
