Price Controlling Thermostat – Dial (PCT-D)
The PCT-D is a standalone, fully digital and programmable thermostat. This is an economical solution for sequence controlled operation. It has a 0-10 Vdc fan output to control the ECM motor on Price FCHG units or can be used in conjunction with the Price fan switching relay (FC-PSC3) for use with FCHCB/P and FCHE units. It comes with a temperature thermistor which can be used to achieve a heat/cool change over by monitoring the water supply or to maintain a constant discharge air temperature (DAT).
DDC vs. Analog Electronic Controls
The PCT is a Direct Digital Controller (DDC) and offers many advantages over the older analog electronic style controllers.

The PCT-D comes pre-calibrated from the factory. However if field conditions require readjustment the Service/Maintenance personnel may change PCT-D settings. The price LINKER setup tool (combined with FREE software) can be used to reconfigure the PCT-D from the service port. |
